In anticipation of the release of their second album The Optimist, New Young Pony Club have premiered the official video for their forthcoming single entitled Chaos. While the single still seems darker than much of their previous work, it’s definitely more playful and more originally ‘pony’ than Lost A Girl, which is a good thing for me! An improvement can also be seen in the video; it features all four members including lead singer Tahita and drummer Sarah wearing some pretty cool shoulder gear! All in all, a great song. The Ponies recently tweeted,”The Optimist = ten songs, four singles, none of them diary product related…and six la la las”, they sure do like to tease us by gradually releasing more information, but it must be working as I can’t wait for the release.
Chaos will be released on March 1st, shortly before The Optimist on March 8th.
